Arvada Elections

Next Election: Nov 7, 2023

The following seats are up for election:

  • Mayor
  • At-Large
  • District 2
  • District 4

The Mayor and At-Large councilmembers represent the entire City of Arvada and are voted on by all residents.

Councilmembers representing a specific district must live within that district, and only residents of that district may vote for that seat on City Council.  

The District Map was adopted in January 2023. Locate your address on the map, or enter your address in the upper right corner to confirm which City Council District you live in.

Voter Registration Requirements

  • United States Citizen
  • A resident of the state of Colorado for at least 22 days
  • At least 16-years-old and understands that they must be 18 years old to be eligible to vote
  • Provides a valid Colorado Driver’s License, Colorado ID card (Issued by the Dept. of Revenue) OR presents one of the acceptable forms of identification for voting (list available on the County's website)
