The Parks Department for the City of Arvada is responsible for clearing nearly 140 miles of trails, sidewalks, and parking lots across the city during a snow storm. This map highlights the different areas of the city the parks crews are responsible for, as well as, the priority level of each area. The following is a brief description of how the city prioritizes these snow plow routes.
Priority 1: Recreation Centers and School Routes
Priority 2: Primary Use Parks and System Trails
Priority 3: Secondary Use Parks, Internal & Secondary Trails
